Yes. hub manages several properties under one account, with separate access per site and a consolidated view for management. Checklists and handover templates created for one property replicate to the next, so consistent practices can be rolled out across the group.

LITE: €45 excl. VAT / month, two modules of your choice, mandatory annual commitment paid monthly or yearly (no discount), + €0.50 excl. VAT / room / month. COMPLETE: €160 excl. VAT / month with no commitment (+ €1.50 / room), €120 excl. VAT / month with an annual commitment paid monthly (+ €0.90 / room), €110 excl. VAT / month with an annual commitment paid upfront (+ €0.70 / room). Setup and training: €250 excl. VAT up to 99 rooms, €450 excl. VAT beyond. Both COMPLETE plans with an annual commitment include a 15-day free trial; the no-commitment plan does not.
Where is my data hosted, and is hub. for hotels GDPR-compliant?
Your data is hosted on servers located in the European Union. hub. for hotels acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR: we only process your data on your documented instructions, and no sub-processor is added without your prior written authorisation. Access control, encryption and backups are in place. You can export your data at any time as CSV or XLSX, and it is permanently deleted 90 days after the end of the contract.
